Institution Notes:
The University was founded in 1923, but it can trace its history back to 1477. The Musicological Institute holds an archive of music of the district. The Institute’s Collegium Musicum, consisting of the Camerata vocalis (chamber choir), Academic Choir and Academic Orchestra, is the performance outreach arm of the institution.
