Institution Notes:
This Catholic Hochschule can trace its history back to 1949. It full name is Hochschule für Kirchenmusik der Diözese Rottenburg-Stuttgart and it operates within the diocese of Stuttgart. There is some co-operation with the Evangelical School of Church Music in Tübingen. The Association for the Promotion of Contemporary Liturgical Music aims to promote modern church music in the Catholic liturgy.
