Institution Notes:
The University was established in 1441 by Pope Eugène IV. Following a number of changes it gained its current name and status in 2014. There are links with the Conservatoire à rayonnement régional de Bordeaux 'Jacques Thibaud' as well as one-semester exchange possibilities witha the Department of Musicology at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid to gain international experience of another culture.
