Details:
Individual performance lessons, some using the Suzuki Method. Studies include theory, ensemble performance. There is a luthier program involving maintenance and repair of violins and re-hairing of bows.
Institution Notes:
The Pallotti School of Music was established in 1983 and operates from the music department of the Pallotti High School in Belize City. As a Catholic not-for-profit institution it provides performance and theory tuition to children and interested members of the local community as well as providing performing groups for special events. Students may enter for music examinations conducted by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (in UK). The School has organised a summer Suzuki Institute program.
