The Boston Conservatory at Berklee was formed in 2017 with a merger between the Boston Conservatory and Berklee College of Music. It offers programs in dance, music, opera and theater. Seven institutions in the Boston area have formed a Pro-Arts Consortium, allowing for some cross-registration and sharing of facilities with both students and faculty members: Berklee College of Music, Boston Conservatory at Berklee, Boston Architectural College, Emerson College, Massachusetts College of Art and Design, New England Conservatory, School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University.
