Institution Notes:
This conservatory-type institution offers a range of instrumental and vocal performance programs as well as dance groups and art activities with both group and individual lessons for young children and interested members of the local community. An 'Inspired by Music' program introduces a listening program for older and younger students, and a 'Music for Fun' program is organised for 3- to 5-year-old children. The Academy organises a number of performing groups. It is the national centre for the music examinations of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) in UK.
