The Académie Supérieure de Musique de Strasbourg (HEAR) forms the department of music of the Haute École des Arts du Rhin Mulhouse-Strasbourg. There is a close relationship with the University of Strasbourg, the Strasbourg Philharmonic Orchestra, the Opéra du Rhin and the Percussions de Strasbourg, among others. An active member of the Association Européenne des Conservatoires, Académies de Musique et Musikhochschulen.
