Details:
Bachelor of Music. Four years. Majors in performance (classical, contemporary, jazz, early music), composition, musicology, music technology, music pedagogy. Studies include theory, aural skills, world music, choral and instrumental conducting, traditional Canarian music.
Institution Notes:
The Conservatorium’s history dates back to 1892. A new purpose-built conservatorium building was opened in 1992. Beside the professional program the conservatory organises music programs for interested members of the community.
