This 14th century Monastery is a large complex belonging to the Order of Friars Minor, and consisting of a monastery, a church, a library and a pharmacy. It is not a teaching institution, but it houses a large archive of early Croatian music. During the siege of the city in 1991-92 it was moved off-site and thus preserved.
