Diplôme national supérieur professionnel de musicien (DNSPM) (= Bachelor of Music). Studies include performance (classical, jazz, early music), choral conducting, composition, electro-acoustic composition. Diplôme d’État de professeur de musique (DE). Gives the License to teach music in schools. May be taken concurrently with years 2 and 3 of the Bachelor.

Institution Notes:
The Centre d'Études Supérieures de Musique et de Danse de Toulouse (CESMD) can trace its history back to 1680. In 1993 it emerged as the University College of Music and Dance and in 2011 was granted its current name and status as the performing arts department of the Institute Supérieur des Arts de Toulouse. It offers programs in art, design, graphic design, music and dance. An active member of the Association Européenne des Conservatoires, Académies de Musique et Musikhochschulen and of Université Fédérale Toulouse Midi-Pyrénées.
