Teachers’ Diploma. Music is supposed to be included in the primary school curriculum as part of an expressive arts subject, but most often it receives just a passing mention.
Institution Notes:
A government primary teacher training college established in 1986. The Department of Expressive Arts comprises six areas: physical education, music, drama, dance, needle craft and creative arts. Deaf students who have completed secondary school may be enrolled for teacher training.
