Institution Notes:
A private co-educational college that can trace its history back to 1924, with a music department added in 1967. It was granted its current name and status in 2003. The college has institutes for opera performance, choral and instrumental conducting, piano performance, choral music, percussion instruments, dance and sound engineering. There is a 1200-seat concert hall as well as a smaller 500-seat hall. Attached are a kindergarten, primary and secondary schools, a college and graduate school.
