Details:
Bachelor of Arts (Music) Honours. Three years. Studies include performance (classical, jazz, traditional instruments) composition, ethnomusicology, conducting, music education, sound engineering, arts management. An industrial placement is required during second year.
Institution Notes:
The University, generally known as (UNIMAS), was established in 1992. Facilities include a 300-seat experimental theatre for recitals and other performances, a well-equipped MIDI studio for computer music majors, practice studios. The new campus also houses recording studios, the music library, an auditorium, music laboratories and further practice rooms.
