The ArtEZ Institute of the Arts, founded in 2006, has campuses at Enschede, Arnhem and Zwolle, the Executive Board and the centralised services being located in Arnhem. It consists of schools of music, fine arts, design, architecture, fashion, dance, theatre, and education in art. The Arnhem programs concentrate on jazz/pop performance (through the Academy of Pop Music) and music theatre. Arnhem also organises the international Masters Artist Educator (iMAE) program, providing individually-tailored training in practice based arts educational research . An active member of the Association Européenne des Conservatoires, Académies de Musique et Musikhochschulen.
