Institution Notes:
The School of Music, founded in 1985, is closely associated with the Gregorian Institute of Lisbon. It offers some courses in co-operation with the School of Education. Facilities include a fine auditorium and a smaller hall and well-equipped electronic music studio. The School of Education also operates within the area of Arts, and involves a program of Music in the Community. An active member of the Association Européenne des Conservatoires, Académies de Musique et Musikhochschulen.
