Institution Notes:
The Conservatorio was founded in 1921 and has departments of performance, composition, conducting, accompaniment, musicology and music education. There is active collaboration with the Manuel de Falla Archive and the Centre of Musical Documentation of Andalusia, both situated in Granada. Member of the Association Européenne des Conservatoires, Académies de Musique et Musikhochschulen.
