Institution Notes:

This public university was established in 1942 as Carleton College and gained its current name and status in 1957. The School for Studies in Art and Culture comprises departments of art history, film studies and music. The School possesses a practice carillon while the Ottawa National Carillon is located in the Peace Tower of Canada's parliament buildings. Students are able to perform on the National Carillon from time to time.
