Institution Notes:

Anglia Ruskin University was founded in 1958 and gained its current name and status in 1992. There are campuses in Chelmsford, Cambridge and Peterborough. Applications from mature, disabled and overseas students are particularly encouraged. The Department has a working collection of ethnic instruments. There is a state-of-the-art suite of computer music studios, a recording studio and digital editing studios as well as a Music for Health Research Unit.
