Details:

Bachelor of Arts in Music. Four years. A major in music education (with choral and instrumental conducting). Emphases in performance, liberal arts (music history, theory, aural skills). A minor in musical theatre is offered.

Institution Notes:

An independent co-educational university founded in 1903 of Christian heritage. Formerly known as Lynchburg College, it gained its current name and status in 2018. The School of Communication and Arts offers programs in art, communication studies, museum studies, music, popular culture and theatre. The music department has access to some fine performing spaces. It owns a set of handbells.
