Bachelor of Arts. Four years. Concentrations in general music (performance, music history, theory, aural skills), jazz studies, music education (with choral and instrumental conducting). Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre. Four years.
Institution Notes:
A private co-educational liberal arts institution founded as a women’s college in 1845. It became co-educational in the late 1960s, and is non-denominational. Formerly known as Limestone College it gained its current name and status in 2020. The music department is housed in the Carroll Fine Arts Building and has access to some fine performing spaces. The department owns a set of steel pans. The music department organises a Community Music School offering music tuition to young children and interested members of the local community. Member of the National Association of Schools of Music.
