Institution Notes:
A private institution founded in 1846 and formerly known as Mount Union College. It gained its current name and status in 2010 and was affiliated with the United Methodist Church until 2019. The music department is located in Cope Music Hall at the Fine Arts Center and houses a state-of-the-art computer laboratory and some fine performance spaces. There is a collection of Renaissance and Baroque instruments and some non-Western instruments. Member of the National Association of Schools of Music.
