Bachelor of Science in Education (Music). Four years. Includes choral and instrumental conducting. Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre. Four years.

Institution Notes:

A state-supported university founded in 1889 and located just a twenty-minute drive from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. In 1971 Western Carolina University became a member of the 16-campus University of North Carolina system. The School of Music has access to fine performing spaces in the Fine & Performing Arts Center. Member of the National Association of Schools of Music.
