Details:
Licenciatura en Artes Musicales. Music studies include performance, history of Bolivian and Latin-American music, choral training and conducting, folklore, music education.
Institution Notes:
This institution was founded in 1917 and after several name changes it gained its current name and status in 2009. It trains general teachers for kindergarten, elementary and secondary schools and also trains music specialists for teaching in schools. The curriculum has been devised in conjunction with the Universidad Mayor de San Andres, La Paz.
