Bachelor of Arts in Music. Four years. Concentration in composition. Studies include theory, music history, music technology. Bachelor of Music. Four years. Concentration in performance (classical, jazz), music history, theory, aural skills, music technology. Bachelor of Science in Music Education. Four years. Includes choral and instrumental conducting, music technology.

Institution Notes:

Founded in 1869 as a teachers’ college, this institution gained its current name and status in 1975. There are several fine performance spaces and a well-equipped music technology laboratory. The music department organises a preparatory program to provide music tuition to interested members of the community. Member of the National Association of Schools of Music.
