Institution Notes:
A private liberal arts college founded in 1894 and affiliated with the United Methodist Church. Music facilities include some fine performing spaces and state-of-the-art studios for electronic music and recording arts. The Leo Kucinski Academy of Music is a partnership between Morningside College and the Sioux City Symphony. It provides music tuition to students of all ages, and organises an Early String Program, the Bishop Heelan Catholic Schools Strings Program and a Youth Orchestras Program.
