Institution Notes:
This University was founded in 1989. The Department of Visual and Performing Arts offers programs in arts and technology, music, theatre, visual arts and education. There is encouragement for students to collaborate with those in other tracks of the program. The Department houses a Javanese gamelan and a number of other ethnic instruments, enabling students to participate in a number of non-Western ensembles.
