Details:

Certificate in Music Therapy. A graduate program which includes a six-month clinical internship in an approved clinical setting, taken either concurrently with or following a BA in Music or a Bachelor of Music.


Institution Notes:

The University was founded in 1958 and gained its current name and status in 1972. The College of Arts, Media and Communication offers programs in art, cinema and television arts, communication studies, journalism, music and theatre. The Music Department is housed in Cypress Hall with several fine performance spaces. It runs a Community Music School offering music tuition to children and interested adults as well as a Music Therapy Wellness Clinic providing individual designated music activities for children and adults with disabilities and special challenges.
