Institution Notes:

This University is the flagship campus of the Arkansas State University System. It was founded in 1909. The College of Fine Arts offers programs in art, music and theatre. The Fowler Center, a new performing arts facility, contains a 925-seat concert hall, a 400-seat theatre and a 100-seat black box theatre as well as the Delta art gallery.
