Institution Notes:

A music school organised by the municipality, founded in 1834. It gained its current name and status in 1999 and collaborates closely with the Accademia Chigiana. There is a pre-academic program to prepare students to enter the professional program. The Institute offers music tuition to young people and interested members of the local community.
