Diploma (=Bachelor). Three years. Studies include performance (classical, jazz, early music), composition, choral conducting, electronic music. Orchestral conducting is offered in collaboration with the Conservatorio Giuseppi Verdi in Turin.

Master of Arts (=Postgraduate Diploma). In performance, orchestral conducting, piano accompanying, composition, music research, music education (currently awaiting approval).
Institution Notes:
The Conservatorio can trace its history back to 1829. There are laboratories for early music, sound recording and digital sound processing. Facilities include a state-of-the-art electronic studio associated with the School of Music and New Technology. There is a preparatory program for students wishing to enter the professional program. The Conservatorio is a founding member of the Italian Musical Art Research group(RAMI). Music tuition is offered to children and interested members of the local community. An active member of the Association Européenne des Conservatoires, Académies de Musique et Musikhochschulen.
