Institution Notes:
The Conservatorio was founded in 1969 as a branch of the Conservatorio in Venice, but gained independence in 1980. There is a preparatory program for students wishing to enter the professional program. The Conservatorio also offers music tuition to children from age 9 and to interested members of the local community. An active member of the Association Européenne des Conservatoires, Académies de Musique et Musikhochschulen.
